World Dog Show
It was midsummer weekend in Finland, and what a weekend. During midsummer celebrations, mainly relaxing and eating, I also had exciting times waiting to see as my co-owned Misty aka Dirlian Charlotte Russe entered to Moscow World Winner show. Very painful to wait news, at Moscow they had webcams and stream coming from every ring, or it should, do I have to say there was 2 cams out of 66 which weren't working on Saturday, and the another one was at Wss ring. So it's a pity I couldn't testify as Misty gained the title JWW-16 winning also BOB JUN and BOB. Fantastic, well done Misty and Verna! Misty entered also to groups finals, by some mistake she didn't get passport to group-8 junior final, but among best of breed dogs of group 8 she entered. I found a youtube clip from the Saturday's finals, group 8 starts from 7.45.
There was also some specialty show during WDS weekend, Misty entered on Sunday, and the results were same as day before, JUN CC, JUN BOB & BOB. Also during the weekend Misty gained two titles, JWW-16 and RU JCH. Super weekend, I am so proud of you, MIsty and Verna!

Some shows
This year our Springer Club hadn't it's annual specialty, instead an unofficial open show. Not so many entries this year, but 3 of us did enter. Hippu aka Dirlian Double Sugar ended BB2 puppy, Cody aka D. Cambridge Blue got VG2, and finally our already little bit gray lady C.I.B C.I.E FI EE< CH Eastfarm's Magnolia BB2!
At Kotka int show our gang did well. Hippu D. Double Sugar BOB puppy, Cody D. Cambridge Blue BOB jun, BM2 CC and Helmi FI CH D. Virtual Joy BB1 CACIB BOS. Cody entered also to BIS junior competition and were shortlisted among 7 best juniors.

Show weekend
We had a super show weekend last weekend. First, at Saturday, 3 of us entered to Järvenpää all breeds show, Cod (D. Cambridge Blue), Bosse (D. Anchors Aweigh) and Nuppu (D. Blooming Magnolia). It was Cody's day, first he went and won the best male competition, taking his first CC and finally also the breed. It wasn't bad day for Bosse either, ending best male 4th with res-CC. At bitches Nuppu also did well, she won bb-class and taking also her first finnish CC, ending also to BOS.
Next day the first brave members of our D-litter entered to Helsinki puppy show. This time it was Dave's (D.Dutch Sunrise) day, first he won the best male and later the best puppy. His sister ended 2nd in her class with hp. And what a fine ending for a day, at group competition Dave looked great and ended finally 2nd in group!

A new C.I.B
We got a new C.I.B to the family, as dara aka FI CH Dirlian Umbrella Girl competed at Riga, Latvia with resultsEXC1 CQ BB1 CC CACIB BOS on Saturday show. This means she got titles C.IB and LV CH with these achievements. Judge was Vimos Kardos from Hungary. The judge of the Sunday Alberto Cuccillatothought Dara hasn't good coat enough so this time reults was just plain EXC1. But anyway it was a good weekend for Dara, "the hopes and dreams" full filled, so huge congrats to Dara and owner Ulla!

News of January
Or maybe not news at all, as we're still living "puppy life" as we have two puppies left home, our own Hippu and her brother Dale. We're looking a suitable home for him.

A new team member
We have a new team member, as the girlpuppy out of recent litter, "decided" to stay at home. So we have a new family member, called Hippu, Dirlian Double Sugar.
